Rural Landscape and Construction (RLC) is a family business providing landscaping and building services in Essex and the surrounding counties. George Cook set up the business in 2003 after graduating from Writtle College with a BSc Horticulture with Business Management. We take pride in delivering a high quality service to exceed our customers expectations, delivering a wide range of products including paving, pergolas, decking, gates and fencing, ponds, lighting, turfing, driveway construction and building works including new house builds, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing services.
